**NOTICE* Town-Homes that have "German-Roaches" will be charged a higher initial service price, this is due to the frequency and chemical usage required to eliminate a "german-roach" infestation. Once the "german-roaches" have been eliminated, as deemed by the Pest Control Technician, then your Quarterly price will drop to the regular Town-home rate of $60. Most "german-roach" populations can be eliminated within 3-months, with the cooperation of the residents.**

If you have any problems in between your quarterly treatments, its completely FREE! You just call us, text us, or send a picture of the problem directly to your technician and we will come out same day or next day (in most cases) to address your pest.

With this service we will come out every three months and spray the full exterior of your property as well as your deck if we can access it. We'll spray the foundation, spread granular bait and knock down webs or wasp nests.
